Please Read Before Sending E-mail / snail-mail, or requesting EM items!
Due to all of the spam that we get and the occasional outages of the internet, it is necessary that we implement these guidelines for contacting Earth Mission;
1: Please use receipts, when you send E-mail to us, ask for a receipt and when I reply be kind enough to return a read receipt to me. This is the only way I have of tracking all the E-mail we get. (Most decent E-mail programs have a setting that you can enable to automatically request a receipt for any E-mail you send.)
2: I get a lot of E-mail every day and much of it is spam, It is possible that if you have not heard back from me it either never got to me or was deleted in the spam folder.
Because of the spam issue, I am giving out the following text to be added to the subject box in your E-mail, as follows;
Earth Mission, info requested
(cut and paste the above text into the E-mail subject area .)
This will help act as a pass through filter and hopefully will expedite our communications.
3: If you don’t get a return receipt from me, don’t assume I got the E-mail
4: Include backup E-mail addresses as a last means of contact.
5: Make sure the E-mail address you are using is working “both ways”, (I’ve gotten more than one E-mail which when I reply it comes back saying E-mail address unknown.

Important notice regarding requests for any of the Earth Mission materials.
I am in the process of changing web hosting servers, which means having to re upload all the web pages as well as the files, this is a time consuming process and when it is done you should be able to get any available items you would like by simply using the online donation buttons.
Until further notice all orders for any EM materials are on a pending basis. Please go ahead and send me an E-mail with your request and I will let you know when the items are ready.
